Mike Brill works as a pediatric nurse and does in-home care. He is married to Karen and they have two grown children and two grand dogs. He has been involved with youth and children’s ministry for 30 years. Mike attends Ephrata Community Church and his favorite food is pizza.
Director of Social Work
Chris Hibbert is our Director of Social Work. She and her husband, Bob, have been married for 26 years and have two daughters, Sarah and Rachel. Chris enjoys teaching at Reamstown Elementary Released Time, gardening, hiking, biking, and teaching Sunday school. She enjoys eating most flavors of ice cream, except for coffee flavored.Contact Chris
Sunny, who has been with the ministry as a volunteer bookkeeper since 2010, has been married to Rod, our Executive Director, for 25 years. They have two lovely daughters, two dogs and two cats and enjoy traveling whenever they can get away.
Sunny has a B.A.in Spanish Literature and International Business from Cornell College, and recently finished her Masters in Leadership and Business from WGU. She has worked in ministry since giving her life to the Lord in 1989 and loves to help bring organization out of disorder.
Cocalico Cares Community Mobilizer
Crystal lives in Reinholds with her husband, Joe, seven year old son, Jake, and a lazy Newfoundland named Greta. She loves spending time with them, traveling, biking, and watching movies. She is a volunteer for Cocalico Cares and works as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
Clarence Rutt started helping REAL at fifth quarter. He’s been helping with the fair stand, Tuesday nights at the Lighthouse, and helps with maintenance at the Lighthouse and the transitional home. He is married to Holly and they have three children, Kaitlyn, Brock and Geneva. They attend The Worship Center in Lancaster where he serves as volunteer Audio Engineer. Food I can’t do without- wings or a good cheeseburger.
Power Packs Project Coordinator
Donna and her husband Allen live in Reinholds. Donna loves to go to American Music Theater and Dutch Apple Dinner Theater. She spends about 20 hours a week or more to oversee our Power Packs Project.

Stephanie lives right here in Denver, and graduated from Cocalico in 2014. She has been married to her husband Dennis for 3 years, and they have 3 puppies together. In Stephanie’s free time she loves running her photography business, head coaching her cheerleading team, and trying out new coffee shops! She has a passion for serving, and a love for people! You’ll see her in the office, helping with office work, desktop publishing, and helping us to better serve the community!
