Featured Guest Speaker

We are honored to welcome Vanessa Philbert, Chief Executive Officer for the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County.

Vanessa has been engaged in community-building and nonprofit work in Lancaster County for over 20 years. She has previously served with the United Way of Lancaster County, the Gate House for Men, and Pressley Ridge.

At CAP, Vanessa provides leadership and strategic vision across more than 15 programs. Drawing on her lived experiences and journey out of poverty, she addresses generational problems with generational solutions through a cross-sector, strategic approach. Vanessa holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development from Elizabethtown College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology and Organizational Development from Albright College.

Her insights and experiences make her a dynamic speaker on community impact, leadership, and the power of hope in transforming lives.
