Early Childhood Development Program
Parents as Teachers (PAT) in Lancaster County
Our Parents as Teachers (PAT) program partners with families during the critical early years of a child’s life. We partner with Community Action Partnership (CAP) in Lancaster to provide these families with a trained Early Learning Mentor (ELM).

Through the Acts of Love Summer Lunch Program — in partnership with local churches and community organizations — we provide free weekly lunches to families throughout the Cocalico area from mid-June through mid-August.
