By volunteering with REAL Life Community Services, you become a changemaker—helping families, youth, and the community thrive. Volunteer Opportunities

Warehouse 916 Food Programs

  • Power Packs Project: Help pack and distribute weekly during the school year.

  • Cocalico Food Pantry: Assist twice a month by appointment with shopping support and grocery bagging.

  • First Friday Food Drive: Help collect and sort non-perishable food items and personal care donations.


Adult Advocacy

  • Rapid Response Team: Skilled volunteers needed for emergency response tasks.

  • Glory House: Assist families in transitional housing with food, furniture, and other resources.

  • Provide Transportation: Support families and individuals with rides to appointments.

Momentum Youth Program

Become a mentor: We understand the struggles of youth. There are so many needs yet so few adults to help. If you have the gift of teaching or have a heart for youth, please consider being a volunteer mentor.


Extra Opportunities:

  • Yard Work: Seasonal cleanup around buildings or for elderly or disabled clients.

  • Construction Cleanup: Help with construction tasks or post-construction cleanup.

  • Community Garden: Harvest fresh produce for distribution to families.

  • Events: Assist with setup, serving, and teardown for community events.
