Rod Redcay is the founder and Executive Director of REAL LCS. He spends his waking hours trying to find ways to impact others. He is the Mayor of Denver, PA! Along with serving on Borough Council, he sits on the Cocalico Community Partnership, Cocalico Education Foundation, and Cocalico Area Republican Committee! He and his wife, Sunny, have lived in Denver since 2004 and have two beautiful daughters, Ashley & Robyn! Rod’s favorite food is pepperoni pizza.

Christine Stoltzfus is a graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors degree in Political Affairs and a minor in Sociology. Christine and her husband Jeremy live in Denver with their 2 children, Luke and Lucy, and their 2 dogs, Rosie and Utley. In her spare time, Christine enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite food is quesadillas.
Chris Hibbert is a volunteer social worker for REAL Life Community Services. She and her husband, Bob, have been married for 25 years and have two daughters, Sarah and Rachel. Chris enjoys teaching at Reamstown Released Time, gardening, hiking, biking, and watching the Temple and West Chester Marching bands(some of the football games too!) She enjoys eating most flavors of ice cream, except for coffee flavored.
Mike Brill works as a pediatric nurse and does in home care. He is married to Karen and they have two grown children and two grand dogs. He has been involved with youth and children’s ministry for 30 years. Mike attends Ephrata Community Church and his favorite food is pizza.
Clarence Rutt started helping REAL at fifth quarter. He’s been helping with the fair stand, Tuesday nights at the Lighthouse, and helps with maintenance at the Lighthouse and the transitional home. He is married to Holly and they have three children, Kaitlyn, Brock and Geneva. They attend The Worship Center in Lancaster where he serves as volunteer Audio Engineer. Food I can’t do without- wings or a good cheeseburger.

Donna and her husband Allen live in Reinholds. Donna loves to go to American Music Theater and Dutch Apple Dinner Theater. She spends about 20 hours a week or more, to oversee our Power Packs Project.
