We serve individuals and families throughout northern Lancaster County and southern Berks County by meeting practical needs, building meaningful relationships, and creating pathways toward long-term stability.
From early childhood support to senior connection, from food programs to housing assistance — everything we do is centered on strengthening families and uplifting our community.
Hope for Children & Parents
Strong families build strong communities. We support parents and children during the most formative years through:
Parents as Teachers (PAT)
An evidence-based home visiting program that equips parents of young children with tools, education, and encouragement so their children can thrive from the start. Personalized visits, developmental screenings, parenting workshops, and community referrals that help children enter school confident and ready.
Seasonal Family Support
These programs ensure children in Northern Lancaster County experience dignity, joy, and opportunity — regardless of financial hardship.
Hope for Students
Our cross-age mentoring program provides middle and high school students with a safe, welcoming space to build friendships, grow in confidence, and navigate life with the support of caring adult mentors.
Through games, real conversations, and consistent relationships, students discover they don’t have to face challenges alone.
Hope Through Food & Community Care
Acts of Love Summer Lunch Program
In partnership with local churches and organizations, we provide free weekly lunches to children and families throughout the Cocalico area during the summer months — ensuring no child goes hungry when school is out.

Through partnerships with local financial leaders, we provide free financial literacy education and access to one-on-one coaching so individuals can grow in confidence with budgeting, credit, saving, and long-term planning.
Hope for Seniors
Our weekly senior gathering brings adults 60+ together for friendship, activities, and meaningful connection — combating isolation and building community.
Hope for the Entire Community
A coalition of leaders and volunteers working together to address challenges like mental health, addiction, poverty, and homelessness across the Cocalico region.
