Financial Counseling
We offer personalized financial counseling by connecting individuals with trusted professionals who use a proven, easy-to-understand curriculum. Through our partnership with Fulton Bank, we also provide access to a free online financial literacy course, so you can learn at your own pace and take steps toward long-term stability.

Utility Assistance
Struggling to keep the lights on? We can help.
REAL Life offers one-time utility bill assistance each year. If you’ve budgeted toward your bill, we may be able to match your payment up to $400. Beyond financial help, we’ll also connect you with longer-term resources like LIHEAP, OnTrack, and other energy assistance programs to help you stay on track for good.

Rental Assistance
Home should be a place of peace—not stress.
We provide rental assistance on a case-by-case basis, designed to support those with a sustainable housing plan moving forward. If you’re behind on rent or facing housing instability, let’s talk about your situation, your goals, and how we can help you stay where you belong—home.

Affordable Housing
REAL Life owns and operates 13 income-based apartments and a transitional housing program for mothers with children who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
At this time, all units are occupied, but we maintain a waitlist.

Please note: REAL Life does not provide emergency shelter. If you need immediate housing, call 211 to be connected to The United Way’s emergency resources.
