What is the Transitional Home for Moms?

REAL Life Community Services offers a transitional home for moms program for single mother’s coming out of homelessness.  The program offers a two-bedroom home available for up to 12 months where the mother and her children can reside while they transition out of homelessness. During their stay, mothers will receive mentorship from our professional staff regarding financial budgeting, parenting skills, job skills, and more.
