What is the Transitional Home for Single Parents?
REAL Life Community Services offers a transitional home for parents program for single parent’s coming out of a homeless shelter. The program offers a two-bedroom home available for up to 12 months where the parent and their children can reside while they transition out of homelessness. During their stay, parents will receive mentorship from our professional staff regarding financial budgeting, parenting skills, job skills, and more. By referral from a homeless shelter only.
